My name is Maya de Albuquerque, I was born & raised near the sea in Brazil and over a decade ago I moved to Portugal where I had the opportunity to research & work on Performative Arts (theatre, dancing & aerial circus). Creative & intentional movement have always been my language. Somatic work & Art Therapy came to my life as a path to help others to connect mind-heart-body-soul & Yoga is the foundation for it all. Now I’m a traveller and I’m looking forward go follow my passions across the world.
